Placing an order on Polson is an offer to purchase. We may cancel or refuse any order — for example if an item is out of stock or a payment cannot be verified — in which case you'll be notified and any payment refunded.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Shipping
Standard delivery takes 4-6 business days and express delivery 1-2 business days within the coverage area. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Returns & Refunds
Unused items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Please see our Returns section for details.
